Call Centre Agents

We are hiring to join our growing team at British Way International School, Kandy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous call centre or customer service experience will be an added advantage.
  • School leavers and freshers are encouraged to apply.
