We Are Hiring: Sales Engineer – Construction Division
At Würth, we provide high-quality assembly and fastening materials to the construction industry globally. We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Engineer to join our Construction Division. If you are passionate about building technical solutions on-site and managing key corporate relationships, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Key Account Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and take the lead to drive a strategic, top-down sales approach.
- Territory Growth: Proactively identify, target, and capture new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
- On-Site Technical Support: Visit customer job sites and offices regularly to analyze specific client needs, providing efficient technical solutions and support directly where it matters.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction or building materials sector.
- Mobility: Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory (frequent travel to job sites required).
- Core Skills: Strong relationship-building, communication, and sharp negotiation skills.
