Event Co-Ordinator
Having been in operation for over 35 years with diverse business interests in Events, Branding, and related services, we are a fully integrated event management company supported by a state-of-the-art office, equipment, and workshop facilities.
To support our expanding operations, we are looking for a highly organized and suitably qualified professional to fill the position of Event Coordinator.
We are looking for:
- Female between 25 – 40 years of age
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field preferred, not Compulsory
- Ideal candidate should preferably have a minimum 02 years’ experience in the following tasks
- Communicating and corresponding with clients independently (Client Servicing).
- Knowledge / Experience in preparing Quotations, Invoices, Presentations & Proposals.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines while meeting the client’s satisfaction.
- Fluency in spoken, written English and computer literate in Microsoft Office Packages
- Ability to work independently and should be self-motivated to complete given tasks
- Ability to attend meetings, make presentations & coordinate up to the completion of Events.
- The chosen candidate can expect an attractive remuneration package based on suitability.
