Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.
  • Support performance management, promotions, rewards, and employee development initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance management, and HR compliance.
  • Drive HR reporting, governance, payroll coordination, and operational excellence.
  • Support succession planning, talent management, and capability development initiatives.
  • Coordinate learning and development activities in line with business needs.
  • Foster a positive employee experience while ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of HR generalist/HRBP experience in a corporate environment.
  • Strong exposure to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Good knowledge of Sri Lankan labour legislation and HR best practices.
