Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an HR Business Partner for assigned business units, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
  • Support talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Handle employee relations matters including HR policies, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Drive HR initiatives such as appraisals, employee development, and culture-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and accurate HR reporting.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in HRBP or generalist functions.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices including performance management and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office tools with a data-driven mindset.
