Fleet Administration Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES

n
    n
  • Monitor vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, delivery KPIs
  • n
  • Oversee preventive maintenance, ensuring vehicles are roadworthy, compliant, and fully documented.
  • n
  • Arrange breakdown assistance, recovery operations, and control costs through fuel efficiency measures.
  • n
  • Optimize routes, minimize idle time, and enforce driver safety and transport policies.
  • n
  • Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with traffic, labor, and environmental regulations.
  • n
  • Prepare and submit periodic transport performance and monthly fleet analysis reports.
  • n
  • Good understanding of vehicle repairs, coordination of repairs.
  • n

REQUIREMENTS

n
    n
  • Over 5 years of experience in transport operations, vehicle maintenance, and record management.
  • n
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of ERP systems.
  • n
  • Proven ability to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth operational processes.
  • n
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • n
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
  • n
  • Experience in the logistics or manufacturing industry will be considered an added advantage.
