Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a 'Head of Administration & Logistics'. Key responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations related to facility management, procurement activities and organize a better workplace environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Over 5+ years of professional experience is compulsory
  • Proficiency in Facility Management (FM) and Facilities Operations
  • Experience with specialized technical operations, such as facility systems, understanding of maintenance requirements
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently
  • Lead preparation of budgets / costing and forecasts
  • Implement audit recommendations to strengthen internal controls
  • Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and guide facility staff effectively
  • Prior work experience in a finance related company would be an advantage
  • Procurement handling experience is highly essential
