QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources, in the apparel or manufacturing sector.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, disciplinary procedures, and HR administration.
• Fluency in Tamil (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Willingness to be based in Mannar
