Food & Beverage Department (Banquet Operation)
- Supervisor
- Captain
- Senior Waiter/Waiter
- Assistant Waiter
- Trainee Waiter
- Barista – Café
- Waiter – Restaurant
Kitchen Department
- Sous Chef – Pastry & Bakery
- Chef De Partie – Hot/Pastry
- Demi Chef De Partie - Hot/Pastry
- Commis I/II/III – Hot/Cold/Pastry
Prerequisite
- Culinary or Hotel School Diploma / NVQ Level 3 or 4
- A warm personality & positive work Attitude
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in hospitality industry
- Age below 40 years
