Night Duty Matron/Clinical Hospital-In-Charge

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Valid SLNC/PHSRC Registration
• Minimum 10 year of clinical experience
• Minimum 3 year in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide hospital-wide clinical leadership during night duty
• Ensure safe staffing and smooth hospital operations
• Coordinate emergency and critical incident management
• Conduct hospital rounds and monitor patient safety
• Liaise with consultants, nursing staff, and support departments
