PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CEO

Senior Executive

Work closely with CEO, Senior Management, and key stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate Management Meetings, Committee Meetings, and other company meetings as per scheduled requirements.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, minutes, action trackers, and follow-up reports.
  • Work closely with Top Management, Senior Management, Department Heads, Auditors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure decisions, approvals, and action points are properly documented, tracked, and followed up until completion.
  • Maintain confidential company records in a professional, accurate, and organized manner.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (Tamil will be an added advantage).
  • The ability to coordinate effectively, maintain accurate and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Confidence to engage with senior management and work independently to meet deadlines.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in administration, coordination, corporate governance, or company secretarial functions.
  • A qualification in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or Business Statistics.
  • Preferably below 35 years of age.
