Join us as a Area Sales Executive

Kalutara District – 1 position
Kurunagala District – 1 position

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales and growth targets within the assigned territory.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers, dealers, customers, and business partners to expand market presence.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and brand activities.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Stay updated on Xiaomi products and industry trends to effectively support customers and the sales team.

Requirements

  • Qualification in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ sales experience (preferably mobile/consumer electronics) with proven target achievement.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with market insight capability.
  • Strong knowledge and interest in mobile phone industry and ecosystem.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
