JOB PROFILE
- Architect Observability: Design and fine-tune enterprise monitoring platforms tailored specifically to our highly distributed banking infrastructure.
- Deploy AI-Driven Insights: Train AIOps tools on complex data streams (helpdesk tickets, EUC event logs, ATM journals, and branch connectivity metrics) to instantly detect anomalies and uncover hidden root causes.
- Engineer Self-Healing Systems: Shift us to proactive problem management by developing automated scripts to permanently fix issues on end-user devices, department workstations, and ATMs.
- Showcase Impact: Build dynamic, real-time operational dashboards to track network health, ATM uptime, and the measurable success of your AI interventions.
- Slash Downtime: Drastically reduce ticket volumes, shrink Mean Time To Detect/Resolve (MTTD/MTTR), and boost SLA compliance while aligning with core banking ITSM best practices.
APPLICANT'S PROFILE
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in IT operations, or AIOps implementation, with a strong background in endpoint management.
- AIOps Mastery: Proven experience configuring observability platforms and AIOps machine learning tools for event correlation, noise reduction, and anomaly detection in high-availability environments.
- Automation Chops: High proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash to bridge the gap between AI insights and automated, self-healing system fixes.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of enterprise IT, Windows event logs, and EUC telemetry, coupled with strong knowledge of Incident and Problem management (ITSM) within a regulated banking framework.
- Strategic Mindset: A highly analytical problem-solver who thrives on optimizing distributed networks and making data-driven decisions.
- Executive Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex operational insights into actionable IT solutions for everyone from branch managers to executives.
- A strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving, optimizing distributed networks, and data-driven decision-making.
