ABOUT THIS ROLE

As the Assistant Manager - Project Sales, you will be responsible for driving project-based sales goals for SWISSTEK Aluminium by developing and maintaining strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and other key project stakeholders. You will identify and secure new business opportunities, manage the project stages pipeline, and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Working closely with internal teams, you will play a key role in expanding market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and enhancing the company's position as a preferred provider of aluminium solutions in the construction industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute project sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities within the construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, quantity surveyors, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.
  • Monitor upcoming projects, market trends, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end design-to-quote cycle, including lead generation, client presentations, negotiations, quotations, and contract closures.
  • Coordinate with technical, operations, and production teams to ensure project requirements are effectively addressed and delivered.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification from CIM or SLIM, with a minimum of 3–5 years of proven sales experience.
  • Proven track record and experience in dealing with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and other project stakeholders is essential.
  • Experience dealing with Sri Lankan construction and project spaces landscape will be highly advantageous.
