PROJECT COORDINATOR

Your talent for organization and communication can make a real impact. Step into the role of Project Coordinator & Secretary and play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution and executive support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor project activities, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Manage all project-related documentation, including contracts, certifications, and ISO records.
  • Draft and prepare letters, reports, and official correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Act as a key communication link between clients, consultants, project teams, and management.
  • Handle petty cash management, ERP-based material requests, and assist with overseas staff salary processing.
  • Organize meetings, maintain the CEO's calendar, arrange travel, and provide secretarial and administrative support.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Administration and Secretarial Studies, or a related qualification.
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in project coordination, secretarial, or administrative roles.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiar with ISO standards and project documentation procedures.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism.
  • Prior experience in the construction, engineering sectors will be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
