About the Role

As a Client Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our accounting team, managing client communications, coordinating workflows, and ensuring the efficient delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update client databases and records.
  • Coordinate annual work schedules and monitor workflow progress.
  • Follow up with clients regarding engagement documentation and payments.
  • Prepare client correspondence, reports, and administrative documents.
  • Manage client appointments, meetings, and communications.
  • Review client documentation and follow up on missing information.
  • Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and job budgets.
  • Prepare and process tax lodgements.
  • Assist with company incorporations and ASIC compliance matters.
  • Monitor tax deadlines and statutory requirements.
  • Handle corporate secretarial duties and documentation.
  • Support system improvements and process updates.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in administration, client services, or a professional office environment.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with database management and workflow systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of accounting, taxation, or business administration will be highly regarded.
  • Social media, marketing, and copywriting experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

Formal qualifications are not essential; however, studies in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field will be highly regarded.
