SFG Tax Accountants is a rapidly growing Australian accounting practice providing professional taxation, accounting, and business advisory services. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

About the Role
As a Client Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our accounting team, managing client communications, coordinating workflows, and ensuring the efficient delivery of services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update client databases and records.
- Coordinate annual work schedules and monitor workflow progress.
- Follow up with clients regarding engagement documentation and payments.
- Prepare client correspondence, reports, and administrative documents.
- Manage client appointments, meetings, and communications.
- Review client documentation and follow up on missing information.
- Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and job budgets.
- Prepare and process tax lodgements.
- Assist with company incorporations and ASIC compliance matters.
- Monitor tax deadlines and statutory requirements.
- Handle corporate secretarial duties and documentation.
- Support system improvements and process updates.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in administration, client services, or a professional office environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with database management and workflow systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of accounting, taxation, or business administration will be highly regarded.
- Social media, marketing, and copywriting experience is advantageous.
Qualifications
Formal qualifications are not essential; however, studies in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field will be highly regarded.
