We are seeking a Client Handling & Employee Relations Executive to manage client relationships and support a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and issues
- Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Manage complaints and escalations with timely resolution
- Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution
- Promote employee engagement and workplace culture
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Monitor client satisfaction and engagement metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, HR, or employee relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
