Job Title
Trainee Purchasing Officer
Location: Makola
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating daily operational activities related to aluminum sales, supply, and project execution.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, project sites, and internal departments.
- Prepare quotations, delivery schedules, reports, and operational documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in coordinating material requirements.
- Ensure timely processing of customer orders and deliveries.
- Support management in improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification.
- Basic knowledge of operations, administration, or supply chain processes will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
