ABOUT US:

THE ROLE:
- Allocate employees to machinery and oversee daily operations.
- Coordinate with operators to achieve daily production targets.
- Identify and resolve production issues to avoid delays.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
- Drive productivity improvements, minimize waste, and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate data entry and system updates.
REQUIREMENTS:
- GCE A/L in Mathematics or Science stream.
- Professional qualification in Polymer / Plastic & Rubber Technology (Certificate or Diploma).
- Prior experience is an advantage, but not essential.
- Strong personality with good communication skills.
