WELFARE SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in employee welfare, human resources, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and record-keeping systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently & effectively.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on employee welfare and service excellence.
