AGRICULTURE INTERNS

Are you an Agriculture undergraduate looking to gain hands-on field experience and make a real impact on Sri Lanka's farming community? Lankem invites enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate male/female undergraduates to join our internship programme and become part of our mission to promote Sri Lanka's only locally manufactured Single Super Phosphate (SSP) fertilizer (Lankem Madaraja).

Internship Locations:

• » Polonnaruwa
• » Batticaloa
• » Ampara
• » Trincomalee
• » Hambantota

What you will lead:

• Engage directly with farming communities.
• Promote the benefits of Single Super Phosphate (SSP) fertilizer (Lankem Madaraja) to farmers.
• Visit and interact with a targeted number of farmers each day.
• Build practical knowledge of agricultural marketing and farmer engagement.
• Work closely with the Head Office team, with performance monitored throughout the internship.

• Professional guidance and exposure to real-world agricultural field operations.
