About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead and support our on-site teams in delivering high-quality cleaning services.
You will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining client satisfaction, and supporting team development.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proven track record in the cleaning services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with on-site team leaders to ensure smooth execution of cleaning operations.
- Handle customer concerns and provide timely resolutions with operational support.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments for prospective and existing clients.
- Monitor service quality and maintain company cleaning standards.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to cleaning staff.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and client requirements.
- Report operational updates, service issues, and customer feedback to management.
- Support staff deployment and daily workforce coordination for assigned bookings.

- Shift Time: 8.30 am – 6.30 pm
