PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Requirements

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Knowledge of 5S and lean manufacturing principles is an add advantage.
• Diploma in Food Science or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards in all production processes.
• Lead and manage a team to achieve production targets efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and continuous improvement practices.
• Maintain records of production, raw materials, and machine performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime.
