REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
- Partly or fully qualified in CA, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent professional qualification
- 3-5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior finance role
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and accounting standards
- Proficiency in ERP/Accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in audit coordination and statutory compliance
- Knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and cost analysis
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar is an advantage
