Personal Assistant to the Chairman

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage all operations related to the Chairman/CEO’s Office
- Coordinate interdepartmental communication (sales, finance, facility, etc.)
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and presentations for the Chairman/CEO and senior staff
- Attend meetings and record minutes
- Liaise with external stakeholders (customers, banks, regulatory bodies etc.)
- Maintain organized records and implement an efficient filing system
- Draft letters, quotations, memos, articles, etc. for sales and administrative purposes
- Organize the Chairman/CEO’s daily schedule
- Assist with legal matters and documentation (preferred)
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and security
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 08 years’ experience in a similar role at a reputed organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or similar from a recognized university
- MBA from a globally recognized university (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation and time-management skills
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Proficient in MS Office and knowledge in use of other software packages
- Practical knowledge of digital collaboration platforms, email management, social media, and AI-powered productivity tools
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Age below 45 years
