HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT
n
We are looking for a passionate individual who thrives on providing exceptional service to join our team at Ishq Digana in Kandy.
n
Responsibilities:
n
n- Ensuring guest rooms are prepared and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort according to set standards.
n- Keep all public areas tidy and set up according to given standards.
n- Maintaining the overall cleanliness of the entire property.
n- Manage stock of cleaning supplies, linen and uniforms.
n- Manage guest laundry.
n- Overseeing laundry operations.
n- Having thorough knowledge of all hotel amenities for guests.
n- Working and supporting all departments to meet guests' needs.
n- Recommend and arrange amenities for guests.
n- Remain well-groomed at all times.
n- Keep up-to-date on all hotel policies on safety and hygiene.
n- Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism and a pleasant demeanor.

Requirements:
n
n- At least 2 or 3 years of Experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or similar role in the hospitality industry.
n- Proven track record of working in boutique hotels or villas.
n- Strong multi-tasking skills.
n- Commitment to a high level of customer service.
n- Attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
n- Ability to communicate in English.
