Uga Resorts is seeking a passionate and accomplished Chef De Partie to join the team at Uga Riva, where exceptional cuisine is an integral part of creating unforgettable guest experiences.

You will play a pivotal role in leading your assigned kitchen section while upholding, enhancing, and evolving our culinary standards. Working closely with the Executive Sous Chef, you will ensure every dish reflects authenticity, excellence, and refined taste. From planning and preparation to execution and presentation, your expertise will help create exceptional dining experiences and reinforce our identity as a brand that redefines Sri Lankan luxury hospitality.

The Ideal Profile We Are Looking For:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a luxury resort, luxury boutique hotel, or fine dining establishment.
• A professional qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of a wide range of cuisines, cooking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen operations.
• Proven ability to manage an assigned kitchen section while maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency under pressure.
• A keen eye for detail to ensure the highest standards in food preparation, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• A creative mindset with the ability to contribute to menu development, seasonal offerings, and continuous culinary innovation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide junior team members and collaborate effectively within a diverse culinary team.
