Butler / (Guest Relations & Operations)

Bougainvillea Retreat is an intimate seven-room boutique hotel where personalized service is at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a friendly, organized and enthusiastic Butler to join our small team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys looking after guests while also being involved in the day-to-day operation of the hotel. No two days are the same, and full training will be provided.
Your Role:
- Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in and check-out
- Looking after guests throughout their stay and responding to their requests
- Assisting with reservations and guest enquiries
- Coordinating with housekeeping and the kitchen to ensure seamless service
- Helping with the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel
- Assisting with food and beverage service when required
- Ensuring every guest enjoys warm, attentive and personalized service
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
- Naturally friendly and enjoys working with people
- Well-presented and professional
- Organized, reliable and eager to learn
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Comfortable using computers and smartphones
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Flexible and willing to help wherever needed
Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage, but it is not essential. A positive attitude, excellent people skills and a genuine passion for hospitality are far more important.
