FACILITY MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of all company premises.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and service schedules.
- Supervise security, Cleaning Staff, and maintenance staff.
- Handle vendor coordination and facility-related documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Male candidates are preferred.
