ASSISTANT SALES MANAGERS

What you will lead:
- Manage and grow dealer/distributor network for retail coating solutions.
- Implement retail sales strategies to maximize brand visibility and market share.
- Monitor sales, stock levels, manage debtors whilst ensuring timely product availability.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for local promotional activities.
- Regularly visit retail counters to build strong partnerships.
What you will bring:
- Graduate (preferably in Business/Marketing) and/or qualification from CIM/SLIM.
- 3+ years of industry sales experience in Paints or building materials (hardware) is essential.
- Proven ability to manage retail networks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Age preferably below 45 years.
