Executive - Property Division
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct valuations of land, residential, commercial, and other properties offered as security for lending facilities.
- Review title deeds, survey plans, and legal documentation to assess ownership and marketability.
- Carry out property inspections and site visits to evaluate physical condition and market value.
- Liaise with customers, legal professionals, surveyors, and valuers to facilitate property-related processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 05 years of experience in banking or finance sector in similar capacity.
- Preferably age below 35 years.
