Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to the Corporate Business Division, driving sustainable business growth, profitability and operational excellence.
- Lead the development and management of corporate, broker, niche market and strategic partnerships to strengthen business relationships and expand market presence.
- Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, implementing sales strategies and achieving departmental growth targets.
- Oversee special national projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring successful execution and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure operational excellence through effective service delivery, regulatory compliance and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams while monitoring business performance and driving continuous improvement through strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications & Pre-requisites
- Master Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Degree/Special Degree/Professional Qualification or Equivalent relevant to the functional area from a University/Institute approved by the UGC
- Age is preferably below 50 years
Relevant Experience
- Minimum 05 years of experience in Managerial grade with overall more than 10 years in executive capacity.

- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
