Operation Manager – Food & Beverage
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the overall operations of the Food & Beverage business, ensuring efficient, profitable, and customer-focused operations across all outlets.
- Drive the achievement of revenue, gross profit, profitability, and operational performance targets for Crimson Bakery and Jade Restaurant operations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, business plans, and annual budgets aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Monitor and control operational costs, inventory, wastage, and variances while ensuring optimum resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety standards, statutory requirements, licenses, and audit recommendations.
- Establish, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational best practices.
- Analyze operational performance, prepare management reports, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and profitability.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Restaurant, Bakery, Retail, or FMCG operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, food safety standards, operational planning, and performance management.
- Proven ability to lead multi-site operations and deliver business results.
- Excellent strategic thinking, leadership & people development, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Age below 45 years
