1. Head Chef
Lead our kitchen. Create exceptional experiences.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver the best seafood dining experience.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a professional kitchen with at least 2 years in a Head Chef or Sous Chef role.
- Experience in a seafood restaurant is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation, menu planning and kitchen operations.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
2. Waiter / F&B Trainee
Deliver great service.
- Welcome guests & take orders
- Serve food & beverages professionally
- Ensure a great dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness & table setup
- Good communication in English

3. Kitchen Staff
Support our kitchen.
- Assist in food preparation & cooking
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness & hygiene
- Support chefs and kitchen team
- Follow food safety standards
