APIIT Kandy Campus is looking for passionate, dynamic, and committed academics to join our team as Full-Time Lecturers in the School of Business.
LECTURER
INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS / FINANCE / ECONOMICS / MARKETING
SUBJECT AREAS:
We are seeking qualified lecturers who can teach one or more of the following modules:
- International Business
- Finance
- Economics
- Marketing
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline with a Master's Degree (or currently reading for a Master's) in a related field. A PhD will be an added advantage.
- Previous teaching experience in a recognised higher education institution or university.
- Strong subject knowledge and excellent presentation skills.
- Industry experience in the relevant discipline will be added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and student engagement skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to academic excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and workshops.
- Prepare teaching materials, assessments, and learning resources.
- Assess student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Support student learning and academic development.
- Participate in curriculum development, quality assurance activities, and academic administration.
- Contribute to research, student engagement initiatives, and other academic activities where applicable.
