MERCHANDISING EXECUTIVE
KEY ACCOUNTS
MA’s Kitchen is a well-known food manufacturer in Sri Lanka. With four manufacturing facilities situated in key growing regions, we manufacture over 300 different products for customers in local and global markets. Our unwavering commitment revolves around providing outstanding meal solutions to our customers.
We are looking for an energetic, outgoing and results-driven person to take ownership of our brand presence across key supermarkets and retail outlets in Colombo and suburbs.
They will be responsible for:
- Ensuring strong displays, availability & merchandising
- Leading and motivating our merchandising team
- Building relationships with supermarket management
- Secure better shelf positions & promotional displays
- Executing consumer engagement activities, including tastings, promotions & in-store activations
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- A qualification in Marketing, Sales or a related field
- 3+ years' experience in FMCG, merchandising, trade marketing or supermarket operations
- Strong English & Sinhala communication skills
- Confidence, energy and the ability to work independently
- A sharp eye for presentation and detail
- A passion for food, brands and consumer engagement
