Head Baker / Bakery Chef
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Bakery Head Chef to join us in building a brand new bakery venture from the ground up.
You will play a key role in setting up our production, developing our products, building our team and shaping our brand with the investors.
Your Role
- Develop and standardize bakery products and recipes
- Set up the production process from scratch
- Plan ingredients, equipment and production requirements
- Establish quality and hygiene standards
- Build and train the bakery production team
- Manage day-to-day bakery production
- Introduce new products and creative ideas
- Help develop a strong and consistent bakery brand
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a bakery or similar role
- Passionate about baking and food
- Creative, innovative and quality focused
- Open-minded and open to new ideas
- Friendly, positive and easy to work with
- Comfortable working in a start-up environment
- A team builder and natural leader
- Willing to take responsibility and grow with the business
