MANAGER – TRAVEL & TOURISM

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-oriented Travel & Tourism Manager to join our growing team and support the continued success of our travel operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day travel operations
- Prepare itineraries, quotations, and tour packages
- Coordinate hotel bookings, transport, and tourism services
- Build strong relationships with clients and tourism partners
- Negotiate supplier rates and ensure service quality
- Supervise staff and support sales and business growth
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years' experience in travel and tourism
- Managerial or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan destinations and travel services
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Good command of English
- Computer literacy in Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Chinese or other foreign languages is an added advantage
