Assistant Vice President - Technology & Process Excellence

The Role
We are scaling rapidly across a growing portfolio of luxury properties and seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President – Technology & Process Excellence to lead the systems, infrastructure and process transformation that will drive efficiency across our entire operation. This is a hands-on leadership role with dual accountability: you'll manage all IT infrastructure, software platforms, hardware assets and data security governance across the Group. Simultaneously, you'll lead business process re-engineering initiatives that leverage technology to eliminate inefficiencies and reshape how we work. You'll identify operational bottlenecks across properties and teams, design solutions, and drive adoption of better processes embedded through technology.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Advanced certification (ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma) is valued
- 8–12 years of progressive IT and operations experience, including 4–5 years in a senior leadership role managing enterprise-scale technology environments; Hospitality or multi-site operations background preferred.
- Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, systems architecture, cybersecurity and data protection governance; strong working knowledge of hotel management systems, point-of-sale platforms and enterprise applications.
- Demonstrated track record in business process re-engineering, process optimization and change management; experience identifying and eliminating operational inefficiencies through technology enabled solutions.
- Excellent project management capability, with ability to manage complex cross-functional technology and process initiatives whilst maintaining business continuity.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach and high ethical standards.
- Proficiency in financial planning for IT budgets, capital investment analysis and cost-benefit assessment of technology initiatives.
