ERP Project Manager
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation
We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to manage the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for a Group of companies. Please note that this position is offered on a fixed term contract for two years.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing ERP implementation projects, preferably across a group of companies or multi-entity business environment. The selected candidate will coordinate with the ERP implementation partner, senior management, department heads, process owners, and end users to ensure successful delivery from requirement gathering through go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
Contract Objective
The contract objective is to ensure the ERP implementation is delivered on time, within agreed scope, with properly documented requirements, effective vendor coordination, successful user training, and smooth go-live adoption across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the ERP implementation project from planning to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Coordinate with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation partner and internal teams.
- Work with different departments to gather business requirements and improve processes.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and overall progress.
- Support data migration, system testing (UAT), user training, and go-live activities.
- Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure smooth communication, user adoption, and successful ERP implementation.
Qualifications & Experiences
- Degree or professional qualification in MIS, IT, Business Management, Accounting, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be an added advantage.
- 7-10 years of experience in ERP implementation and project management.
- Experience in managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred.
- Good knowledge of finance, procurement, inventory, sales, warehouse, and reporting processes.
- Experience in manufacturing, food processing, agriculture, or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management, and user training skills.
