nREQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- NDT Qualification n
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification n
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in construction of residential apartments and commercial buildings n
- Thorough knowledge of CIDA and ISO conditions of contract n
- Should possess a working knowledge of MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel & Outlook n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills n
- Age below 38 years n

- Diploma or NDT in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field. n
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in building construction projects. n
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site supervision. n
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs. n
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety regulations. n
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and AutoCAD is an added advantage. n
