Job Description:

As a key member of the HR team, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's human resources strategies and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs, training, and development initiatives.
- Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Years of progressive experience in human resources roles, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the implementation and management of HR processes.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
