Marketing Assistant Head Office - Nawala
Berendina is a group of companies consisting of Berendina Micro Investments Company Limited (BMIC) the first licensed microfinance company (LMFC) regulated by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, under the Microfinance Act No 06 of 2016 and Berendina Development Services (Gte) Limited (BDS) a leading development organization committed towards alleviating poverty among vulnerable and marginalized communities of rural and plantation areas in Sri Lanka. Berendina group operates in 13 districts through a network of 38 branch offices.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- NVQ Level 4 or a professional qualification in Graphic Design, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of video editing or AI-based creative tools will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing trends.
- Good knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good knowledge of English and Sinhala. Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Visit branches and communities for photo and video shoots when required.
- Take photos and videos for marketing and promotional activities.
- Create and edit short videos, including Facebook Reels.
- Design social media posts, banners, flyers, and other promotional materials.
