MARKETING ASSISTANT
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and enhancing brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and activities
- Support in managing social media platforms and digital marketing efforts
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare reports, presentations and marketing materials
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Maintain marketing databases and records
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management or related field (or equivalent)
- 2 – 5 years of experience in a similar role (freshers with strong skills in marketing may also apply)
- Good communication skills in English and able to speak in Sinhala or Tamil
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Creative, proactive and eager to learn
