T&S Buttons Lanka, in manufacturing and supplying polyester buttons is seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual for the roles of Customer Relations Officer and Marketing Executive at our factory in the Biyagama Zone.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Relations Officer to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting products or services, and achieving assigned sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products and services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Follow up on leads and potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Educational Requirements
- Minimum G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) pass (including English).
- A/L qualification or Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Previous experience in tele sales, telemarketing, call center, or customer service is preferred.
- Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong telephone etiquette and persuasive skills.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality.
Age Limit
Preferably below 35 years (Male or Female).
