EXECUTIVE – ERP AND BUSINESS APPLICATIONS SUPPORT
The Executive – ERP and Business Application Support is responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, and enhancement of ERP systems and related business applications across multiple business units. The role involves providing functional and technical support, managing system configurations, supporting testing and deployments, developing reports and data insights, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring system reliability and performance. The position also requires collaboration with end users, stakeholders, and external vendors to drive effective system adoption, continuous improvement, and compliance with business and governance requirements.

PERSONAL PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3 years’ experience in ERP and business application support, preferably in a multi-business environment
- Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, UAT, incident management, and post-go-live support
- Working knowledge of SAP Business One (SAP B1), SQL Server, SQL queries, and Crystal Reports is an advantage
- ERP certifications such as SAP Business One, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or IFS will be an added advantage
- Exposure to ERP modules including Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, and Finance
