Work Study Manager (Wathupitiwala)
The Job:
We are looking for an experienced Work Study Manager with a strong background in intimate manufacturing to drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement across production operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead time studies, SMV/SAM setting, and line balancing.
- Drive improvements in production methods and efficiency.
- Monitor productivity and establish performance standards.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and develop the work study team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in intimate manufacturing is mandatory
- 5+ years of relevant work study experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of SMV/SAM, time study, and line balancing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
