Manager - Production (Wathupitiwala)
The Job:
The Production Manager supports the daily operations, ensuring smooth production flow, adherence to quality standards, and achievement of production targets.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing production schedules
- Monitor daily production activities and report progress
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve production issues
- Support workforce supervision and performance management
- Identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Textile, or Apparel field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the intimate industry is mandatory
- Good understanding of garment production processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
