Come join our team as an Intern - Learning & Development.
What you need to do
- Coordinate and arrange training programs.
- Implement relevant exams and prepare result sheets.
- Finalize exam results and calculate relevant incentive schemes for employees.
- Arrange reviews as required, by the relevant stakeholders.
- Translate Sinhala to Tamil.
What we are looking for
- Partial completion of a degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration from a recognized university.
- Ability to translate Sinhala language into Tamil language.
- Ability to handle MS Office package is an added advantage.
- Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should possess good organizational skills.
