POSITION
Senior Systems Engineer (VOIP & CX Solutions)
THE ROLE
Lead design, deployment & optimization of advanced VOIP and Customer Experience (CX) systems (Cisco, Genesys, Avaya, Alvaria, Asterisk based open source solutions, etc.). Manage complex voice networks, cloud integrations and troubleshoot infrastructure. Drive technical innovation for leading clients.
REQUIREMENT
- 2+ Years Experience
- Strong VOIP/SIP, UCaaS, CX platforms
- Expert in network design, protocols (TCP/IP, RTP, VoIP security)
- Relevant product certifications is a plus
